Download Your LinkedIn Connections (2 Minutes)

How to download your LinkedIn connections

You’ll need to do this on desktop.

  1. Go directly to the LinkedIn Data Export page.
  2. Choose Download larger data archive (this includes your connections).
  3. Click Request archive.

LinkedIn will email you when your file is ready (usually within 24 hours). Download the zip archive, unzip it on your computer, and find the Connections.csv file inside.

Once you have the CSV, upload it here and we’ll take it from there.

Why we ask for this

To get started, we ask you to upload a CSV of your LinkedIn connections. This gives us a clean starting point for understanding your network and helping you stay in touch more easily.

Your LinkedIn connections are the most accurate snapshot of your professional world. Importing them lets us build a foundation so we can help you remember people, spot meaningful moments, and make staying in touch feel lighter.

We use this data to:

  • Identify who’s in your network and how long it’s been since you last connected
  • Surface thoughtful reminders instead of overwhelming lists
  • Turn “I should reach out” into something simple and doable

We don’t post for you. We don’t message anyone automatically. This is just about helping you show up with a little more intention.
